- Warm 8–12 ounces of filtered water until it is comfortably warm but not boiling.
- Add a small pinch (about 1/8 teaspoon) of pink Himalayan salt to the warm water and stir until fully dissolved.
- Squeeze the juice from half a fresh lemon into the warm salt water and stir well.
- If desired, add half a teaspoon of raw honey and mix until fully dissolved.
- Drink slowly while warm, ideally first thing in the morning before breakfast.
