Horse Gelatin Trick Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp high-quality unflavored bovine gelatin (grass-fed preferred)
  • 2 oz cold water
  • 6 oz warm water or herbal tea
  • 1 squeeze fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • 1-2 drops liquid stevia (optional)

Method
 

  1. Pour 2 oz of cold water into a small cup or glass. Sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the surface and let it sit for 60 seconds until thickened and spongy.
  2. Add 6 oz of warm water or herbal tea to the bloomed gelatin. Stir gently for 30–60 seconds until fully dissolved and smooth.
  3. Add a squeeze of lemon juice or a few drops of stevia if desired. Stir briefly to combine.
  4. Drink the gelatin mixture approximately 20 minutes before your largest meal of the day.

Notes

Always bloom the gelatin in cold water before adding warm liquid to prevent clumping. Do not use boiling water. For best results, drink 20 minutes before your largest meal. Optional additions include lemon juice or a few drops of liquid stevia. Stay well hydrated throughout the day.
