Notes
You can drink this mixture warm or chill it for 30–60 minutes to create a soft gelatin dessert. Herbal teas such as chamomile or green tea work well as the liquid base. Avoid mixing gelatin with fresh pineapple, papaya, kiwi, or figs because natural enzymes in these fruits can prevent gelatin from setting properly.
