- Pour 1/4 cup cool liquid into a bowl. Sprinkle gelatin evenly over it and let sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
- Heat the remaining liquid until warm but not boiling.
- Whisk the bloomed gelatin into the warm liquid until fully dissolved.
- Let the mixture cool slightly, then whisk in the protein powder gradually to prevent clumps.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a glass container.
- Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm before serving.
Notes
Do not boil gelatin, as high heat weakens its structure. Bloom gelatin properly for best texture. Whisk protein powder gradually to avoid clumps. Use unsweetened liquids to maintain low sugar impact.
