Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber (sliced into rounds)
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 100 g cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill (optional)
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste

Equipment

  • knife
  • cutting board
  • mixing bowl
  • fork or spoon
  • serving plate

Method

  1. Wash and slice the cucumber into even rounds about ½ inch thick. Pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a bowl, mash the ripe avocado until smooth or slightly chunky depending on preference.
  3. Add softened cream cheese to the avocado and mix until fully combined and creamy.
  4. Stir in lemon juice, salt, pepper, and optional dill for extra flavor.
  5. Spoon or pipe the avocado cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice evenly.
  6. Arrange on a plate and serve immediately for best freshness and texture.

Notes

Use ripe but firm avocados for the best texture. Soften cream cheese before mixing for a smoother filling. Add lemon juice to prevent browning. Optional additions include dill, garlic, or chili flakes for extra flavor. Assemble just before serving to keep cucumbers crisp.
